Puzzle #18 was Zion Nuclear Power Station.

Zion Nuclear Power Station was the third dual-reactor nuclear power plant in the Commonwealth Edison (ComEd) network and served Chicago and the northern quarter of Illinois. What the record says

Puzzle 18 ran on 2 Aug 2026 and the answer was Zion Nuclear Power Station, played with 6 guesses against 4 columns. On the record: Country - United States; Status - shutdown. The numbers: Grid connection - 1970s. 1 of the 4 columns is blank in the source (Power band), so nobody could score it either way.

Beyond the grid the record adds First grid connection - 1973; Operator - Exelon.
